Nishi from Japan? Hong Kong?

Nishi who trained in Kowloon BJJ over 1 year has now decided to back to Tokyo, Japan, his hometown to further study his culinary skills. 

He has first visited the gym in Tokyo which Hashimoto san used to train at. (further reading)

I met him today while he was in his way back to Tokyo after visited his old friends in Gifu, Kyoto and Osaka.

He went to Bull Terrier Shop and bought Gis and Belts.

After that, we decided to have the famous hamburger in Shizuoka Prefecture - SAWAYAKA!

We chose to walk from station to the nearest Sawayaka!

We visited the Tourist centre in JR station to find out the way.

Eel is the most famous food in Hamamatsu.

After 30 mins walk, we arrived!!

yeah, show me "V"!

The dish comes as a ball-liked hamburger.

The waitress will use the big knife and fork split it up into half.

The texture is 100%beef!! and really raw-liked!

And this is my dish.

It looks creamy but it doesn't taste too much creamy.

I love the cheese!!!
